Ubuntu 20.04 system does not wake up after suspend or just keep open for long time

cn flag

I have been using Ubuntu for many years but the current version 20.04 giving me the most headache. A few days back after suspending the system for 2-3 hours, the whole battery was drained. Then I change the grub from s2idle to deep sleep and it rectified the issue. Now, what is happening is that after suspending the computer (closing the lid), it wakes up but the screen is always black and no key works. So I have to forcefully shut down with a long press power button. Also if I keep open the system for a long time (1-2 hours) without closing the lid same thing happens. I saw similiar related questions had asked by many people but none of the solutions worked for me. So I am asking again with my system-specific configuration.

Here are the details

# /boot/grub/grub.cfg.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
