arecord -l is not printing any device anymore

in flag

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04, the command arecord -l up to a certain time was working fine and I could see all the audio devices.

Than, probable due to some my installation/compilation, arecord -l is not returning any devices.

How can I make it working again? Is it a possible to do a kind of restore in order to make it working?

I'm available to provide any information useful to understand the issue.

Best regards Giuliano

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
