I have started learning Linux only a couple of days ago. Tried to install ubuntu desktop in my ubuntu 18.04 EC2 instance, but failed in a stage with this command vim ~/.vnc/xstartup. it says 'No such file or directory'.

That's expected afaik - the directory *may* get created for you if you run `vncpasswd` (I forget), otherwise you will need to create it (`mkdir ~/.vnc`) then create and populate the `xstartup` file - that's really the purpose of the `vim` command.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
