I have a significant problem with booting my computer.
Formatting the computer does not help, I have tried more than once to reinstall ubuntu 18.04 LTS and windows.
When I have Ubuntu installed I cannot boot, just black screen when I try to let the computer boot normally. If I try recovery mode, I get a kernel panic error.
There have been problems getting Windows 10 installed, but after installation the system is very unstable. Firefox crashes very often with tabs. If I recall correctly Windows only recognizes 4 out of the 8 gb ram I have installed.
Any advise on how to fix this would be appreciated.
The output paste from Boot repair is as follow (after a recommended option, have tried to repair file system and kernel, but there are now three different versions of kernels showing up under recovery boot + safe boot duplications): http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/Dp6GcgBHmf/
I have tried to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS but I cannot load the installation, I get an error with kernel panic or similar. If I remember correct I have installed the latest BIOS update from Lenovo.
Problems began 1½ months ago, but as I am not using my personal computer for work, I have tried to fix it on my own.
Best regards a frustrated user
