I have Components4All Intel Coffee Lake Core i7 8700k 3.7GHz (4.7GHz Turbo) CPU, ASUS Prime Z370-P Motherboard, 16GB 3200MHz Corsair DDR4 RAM & ThermalTake Contac21 Cooler

I've been using linux since the Slackware days and never experienced anything like what I am seeing. I don't know why the system needs to be rebooted about every hour , the network drops for a few seconds. Ubuntu 20.x installed but would not boot. Ubuntu 18.04 does run but have the above problems. The whole system is new ( Apr 21 ) and patched to latest levels. I can only think may be its the mother board, does anyone have any ideas ? Many thanks for any pointers. Jeff.

Have you booted 21.04 without the `quiet` flag, and seen if there are any problems reported?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
