Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS boot fail: "you have to load kernel first"

cn flag

I have only Ubuntu installed on my laptop.Lately i get an error message when i try to open my laptop that says:

boot failed
you have to load kernel first

When I try booting a few times successively, it finally works, but it keeps showing me the error message more and more frequently. I ran S.MA.R.T. disk health check on the terminal and got "test passed" I have the full result in the image below.

What else should I try?

SMART test result

You can also check that the file system is healthy. Boot from another drive and run the command line `sudo e2fsck -f /dev/sdxn`; use the correct device ID for the partition with the root file system of your installed Ubuntu system (x is the device letter and n is the partition number. It will be a bit different if there is an nvme drive, but whatever drive there is, you can find the root partition with the commands `lsblk -f` and `lsblk -m`

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
