Ubuntu update grub error

mx flag
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
grub-install: warning: Internal error.
grub-install: error: failed to register the EFI boot entry: Operation not permitted.

i don't know why this happens. I have ran boot-repair, it gave me no paste. i have tried running other things too, it won't work. same error. MACHINE INFO: Lenovo g50-80, 4GB Ram, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 x ubuntu 20.04 dual boot. OBVIOUS SOLUTION: use windows recovery USB and wipe everything on hard drive.

Some UEFI have settings preventing write to UEFI settings. Or Boot Order lock. Review UEFI settings. Also make sure UEFI Secure Boot is off. May be "Windows" or "Other" where "Other" is Secure boot off. Have you updated UEFI/BIOS to latest available from Lenovo, many have needed updates. UEFI update may reset some UEFI settings back to defaults, so be sure to redo the settings you change. I keep a list.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
