Help! Absolute noob, no response from keyboard or touchpad nor any blinking cursor

in flag

I am an absolute beginner in linux, and while dual booting it directly showed this text. The cursor is not blinking nor any kind of input is working. Please suggest some solution. The screen image is pinned below.

I am typing this from a mobile, so excuse for not following a format(I don't know if there is any)? image 2. I did not install any new software, this was my first try installing ubuntu

Should I remove the live usb, as that is the only possible thing I can do right now.

Edit : The installation was complete and after installing I had restarted it, this is when the error occured. 20.04.2 was the ubuntu version installed. Also ,I am not able to force shut down and not even shortcuts are helping.

*it directly showed this text* What text? Also, which version of Ubuntu?

I’m not seeing an image. Could you [edit] your question to include: (1) a screenshot or copied text if error(s) (2) the version of Ubuntu you’re running (3) if you have installed any new software that may have caused the issue

Did you finish installing Ubuntu from live USB? When did this error appear (during post installation reboot?) ? Please edit your question to add these information. Please don't panic, the hardware of your PC is (most likely) OK.

Which version of Ubuntu did you install on what PC model? Maybe see https://askubuntu.com/q/1153334/1186757 or https://geekyshacklebolt.wordpress.com/2019/02/05/a-connection-to-the-bus-cant-be-made-booting-issue-solved/ (found by searching for "a connection to the bus can't be made") Please [edit] your question to add requested information.

Thanks, but even this solution is not helping. The laptop seems to be frozen and is not accepting any shortcut or any kind of input, even holding the power button is not helping

*even holding the power button is not helping* Try holding the power button for 10 seconds. That should force reboot. If that does not work, remove the battery and try reinstalling.

It says `Error communicating to TPM chip`. Reboot your computer, and in case Windows is installed, first disable secure boot and then try reinstalling.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
