Chrome calendar js seems freezing my system

in flag

Ubuntu 20.04 up-to-date 24Gb RAM.
A couple of weeks ago I started suffering almost freezing my system, I can move the mouse pointer after an hour or so.

Visible parte of the problem is warning pop-up Unresponsive script.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-invitations-manager.js:437. Stop script --- Continue

After a long time I am able to select Stop script but nothing changes. Mouse pointer, if it is visible is fixed.
Ping response time from another computer in the same network is almost 0 but ssh waits a long time to login and finally it gives up.

Update 1.
Here it comes again now. The system slows more and more. Finally a pop-up windows Unresponsive script: "Script: chrome://calendar/content/widgets/calendar-minimonth.js: 519" asking to stop or continue.
I only have 2 extensions installed and enabled: SConnect and Session Buddy, nothing about "calendar"

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
