Ubuntu 20.04 - two batteries, but how to have one report about remaining battery?

us flag

What does the two battery indicator mean? I mean when one battery will run out, there is still the secondary? Or is it a cumulative indicator for the two batteries?

Question: how to have only one indicator, that independent from how many different batteries are in the notebook, there should be only one indicator that there is 3 hours remaining or sum 74% remaining, etc?

Look into the `upower` package. It does everything you want. Short version: if you have two batteries, the Gnome indicator will show the average percentage of the two.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
