virtual machine not getting ip from dhcp server

lr flag

After giving the command sudo nmcli it gives me all the details for my network adapter but there I have found one line in red "p2p-dev-wlp43s0: disconnected"

The question is that when I am using my vmware virtual machine it does not get an ip address from the dhcp server.

Every setting is correct I tried to use nat everything.

The host machine gets an ip but the virtual machine running on the host does not get an ip.

The host dell laptop is connected with wifi.

Please help me with a solution.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
