How do you fix a "sudo make modules_install" command?

gb flag

I got the following errors while using Ubuntu 20.04 on VirtualBox.

arch/x86/Makefile:148: CONFIG_X86_X32 enabled but no binutils support sed: can't read modules.order: No such file or directory

I already have binutils installed so that's not a problem. I think I have to check for files in the drivers/build-in path that have names with spaces in them but I have no idea where to look after searching for a while.

I'm also confused about how to fix the modules.order file error. Do I need some sort of config command to fix this? I'm not that advanced in Linux, so anything specific that points in the right direction would help.

I previously ran "sudo make modules install" (no underscore) by mistake and then terminated it after a while, but does it affect my problems above?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
