Inactive mouse pointer on screen after fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (edited)

fr flag

After a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, I have an inactive mouse pointer that shows up on the lower right hand corner of my screen upon login. My active mouse pointer works just fine. The extra inactive mouse pointer remains there on all screens thereafter. This never happened on my previous Ubuntu 20.04 install. How do I eliminate the inactive mouse pointer?

Edit: After a fresh reboot and logging in with my security key and password, an inactive mouse pointer shows up immediately in the lower right hand area of my home screen. It never moves or disappears from my screen the entire online session, remaining visible in the lower right hand area of my screen. I have my main active mouse pointer which is normal and functions as it should, while the inactive mouse pointer remains motionless in the lower right hand area of my screen. This never goes away. Hopefully my image upload works. It shows the inactive mouse pointer in the lower right hand area of the screen. inactive mouse pointer image

Is it still there after a reboot? I had a small hand symbol appear one day out of no where that went away after a re boot.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
