configure: exit 77

I already tried and have downloaded:

version 4.7.0 of watchman repo
to update and upgrade my system
reinstall everything(watchman repo, autogen.sh) twice

$ sudo apt install libc6-dev
sudo apt-get install build-essential
$ sudo apt-get install -y autoconf automake build-essential python-dev libtool libssl-dev\

hr flag
The configure script seems to be finding binaries in /usr/local/bin i.e. `/usr/local/bin/gcc` and `/usr/local/bin/mkdir -p` etc. That is unusual - the version of `gcc` installed as as a dependency of the build-essential package would normally go in `/usr/bin` for example

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
