In UEFI > Boot change the boot order to "Windows bootloader manager" in order to boot Windows directly. If successful then make sure to (1) disable Fast Startup (a must when dual-booting) and (2) install any pending update and reboot how many times it needs. ONLY when all the above is done you can get back to UEFI > Boot and change it back to Ubuntu, boot Ubuntu and run `sudo update-grub`. If Windows doesn't boot directly then either it had a prior problem or it has one now that could have been caused by not shutting it down correctly with Fast Startup disabled and/or (...)

(...) not having unallocated space *before* the Ubuntu installation which in turn force the Ubuntu installer to shrink a "dirty" Windows system partition and corrupting it in the process. Either way you need Windows installation media to repair it. That part is off-topic here.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
