E: The repository 'https://packages.sury.org/php hirsute Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Does this answer your question? [What can I do if a repository/PPA does not have a Release file?](https://askubuntu.com/questions/866901/what-can-i-do-if-a-repository-ppa-does-not-have-a-release-file)

A quick look and that package source support Debian systems, not Ubuntu. 3rd party sources are your responsibility to validate before adding, ie. can they be trusted, secure, won't impact or harm your system and will work. Ubuntu 21.04 isn't a Debian system so that source doesn't help you - you need to find another.

In your picture; you need to remove the one that matches the error in your pasted message - it should be easy to detect (ie. remove the tick and it'll be disabled; I'd remove it; but disabling it should be enough to correct your error condition).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
