Package Broken while installing MySQL Server

When I try installing MySQL server I get this error. "E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages."

$ sudo apt install mysql-server:

`you have held broken packages` - you shouldn't try to install new software if your package management is broken. Edit your question with the outputs of `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt upgrade`. Please use [code fences](https://askubuntu.com/editing-help#code) so we can parse the information
