I have found a lot of info on UEFI and frankly, its out of my league but I can learn...

I am trying to install the latest LTS Ubuntu on this to run as a Plex server but keep running into the following errors:

[ 2.386107] sd 8:0:0:0 [sdb] No Caching mode page found
[ 2.386107] sd 8:0:0:0 [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through
[ 33.992250] ahci 0000:03:00.0 AHCI controller unavailable!

This hardrive did have Windows installed on it but I am trying to over-write it all and install Ubuntu only. Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. There are no Ubuntu 20.03, only 20.04, as Ubuntu is released in 4th and 10th months of the year. Please [edit your question title](https://askubuntu.com/posts/1364838/edit) fix the typo. It looks like you may have problems in the sdb, which can be a hard drive (HDD) or a solid state drive (SSD). Someone else may ask you to edit your question and add more information about the drive.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
