Volume Slider is not linear

id flag

The volume of my computer is 0 as soon as the slider falls below a certain threshold.

The function f(slider) -> volume looks like this:

How can I make it so the left 10% of the Volume Bar isnt completly 0?

What version of Ubuntu and what kernel version are you using (output of `lsb_release -a` and `uname -r`)? On what hardware (output of `lspci | grep Audio`)? What software do you use to adjust the volume? If I understand correctly, you made the image in your question to visualize the problem, right? Please [edit] your question to add this info. Use [proper formatting](https://askubuntu.com/editing-help#code) to format the code. Thanks!

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
