Can't set monitor position on the y axis to what I want it to be under XFCE 4

So I have two monitor, one to my left in landscape mode and one to my right in portrait mode and I can't set the position (up and down on the y axis, x axis is fine) to other than the default with the xfce 4 display app... I am using Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS (studio to be more specific). I have tried arandr too, it just does the same thing.

You should be able to do it with the standard Xfce display settings app (`xfce4-display-settings`) as it allows you to adjust the relative position relative to one another; as has a Rotation (as well as scale & other settings that depend on release), & I can do it using my landscape-left & portrait-right on another box.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
