I want Ubuntu Linux to boot into the GUI: currently it opens a terminal at startup

in flag

I installed Ubuntu Linux 20.04 as a dual boot with Win 10. Win 10 works as it always did, but Ubuntu Linux boots to the "Terminal" and I don't have any experience with the Terminal. I would like to find out how to have Ubuntu Linux boot directly to the GUI.

The computer is an HP Pavilion 27.3 Laptop 10th Gen Intel core I7 10750H

How to?

Did you install the desktop version or the server version? (If you don’t know, share the full name of the ISO file you used to instal Ubuntu).

The title of the question and you are asking does not match. What has Firefox got to do with this?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
