Unmet dependencies don't let me install any applications

kr flag

This red icon showed up after installing Ubuntu 20.04 on my Nvidia GPU desktop; I can't figure out how to solve this problem. It seems to be a notification thing. Here is the icon:

red mark

I think it has unmet dependencies. I tried to run sudo apt upgrade, I got the following error:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-image-oem-20.04b : Depends: linux-image-5.10.0-1049-oem but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt --fix-broken install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

When I run sudo apt autoremove, I get the following error:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

I also tried running sudo apt-get -f install and the issue still isn't solved, the following is the output of that command:

Reading package lists... Done

Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.

I also tried running sudo dpkg --configure -a

This is the output:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
