Copying code to paste.ubuntu using terminal

tr flag

I wanted to create a terminal command which could copy and paste a code to paste.ubuntu as a cpp file, so I could share codes more easily, whereas I didn't know how to do so. More precisely, I wanted to have a terminal command which given a cpp code could copy and paste it to paste.ubuntu as a cpp file and then give me the link of the pasted file back. How can I do so?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
