Sudden icons and color changed and I cannot revert it

Icons have changed, terminal is now white. I cannot recall doing something that might have done this and I don't know how to bring my old setup back. This one looks horrible

You have turned on "High contrast" in "Universal Access. Find the setting in the "Settings" app and turn it off again.

This is it. Universal access was actually off. Some icons were back after reboot, but when I put this on and off again, it came back to normal. Thanks

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
