Windows can't boot after installing ubuntu in dual boot

I just installed Ubuntu alongside Windows 10. Everything went great and the installation was done. I logged in to Ubuntu and worked with it for a few hours, but when I tried to log in to Windows and select Windows from the grub menu, I got an error:

When I got back to Ubuntu, I noticed that the two drives I had access to on both Windows and Linux were in read only mode. I fixed this problem using ntfsfix, but again there is a problem in Windows and I get an error like the picture. This is my fdisk -l result :

I tried to fix the problem using boot repair in Windows but the problem was not solved! Is there a way to solve this problem?

While in windows make sure fast boot is off, secure boot is off and bit locker is not being used. Also make sure that you exit windows and not just put it to sleep before trying to run Ubuntu.

Can you use a Windows bootable medium to check your installation? I remember, it includes a repair program. You could make a bootable USB stick with Windows 10 and boot from it. Then, choose the "repair" option.

It looks like your Linux installation might have had an impact on your Windows system. I'm not very sure on how this could happen or how likely that is. Some years ago, I was also running Windows 8 and Ubuntu in dual boot and both systems were running stable. But I kept each OS on its own physical hard drive, so I could select the hard drive to boot at system startup (using a BIOS functionality). That way, I avoided the hassle after boot loader or OS updates to reconfigure the boot system when suddenly the system "forgot" one of OS.

In general, I'd recommend to keep them as separate as possible. E.g., do not edit anything on Windows' C: drive on LInux, do not even mount it. That way, you possibly avoid a lot of issues.
