Xubuntu 20.04 and Kaffeine - r9 290

When I try to use Kaffeine for DVB-T playback I have no video, only sound. This is the message I have from the terminal:

libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/radeonsi_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_1_7

What can I do? Do I need to install any special drivers for my r9 290 or replace codecs in Kaffeine?

I had the same problem with VLC. I switched to VA-API hardware acceleration encoding, and it is working.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
