IcedTea Web Control Panel configuration

I installed IcedTea Web Control panel because I was not able to use two different software using java machine.

Luckily with the first software for Internal Revenue Services I was able to open it, but when I tried to open XMind 8, just fixed and opened, thanks to this forum I realized it doesn't open and I got this log message:
