What is the command to re-enable third-party entries which got disabled after upgrading to Ubuntu 21.10?

I have googled "software-properties" and "package manager" but did not spot anything relevant.

All references seemed to be for Ubuntu 20.10.

please read [ask] then [edit] your question accordingly. Perhaps include the references you found and an explanation as to why you think them irrelevant.

It's wise to check each source before re-enabling. Some sources will be incompatible with 21.10. Some will be superseded by the new software versions in 21.10. Some can indeed be re-enabled safely. If your list of non-Ubuntu sources is too long to conveniently audit line-by-line, that's a problem, too.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
