Package git is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or

It's available, ie. `git | 1:2.17.0-1ubuntu1 | bionic | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x` & `git | 1:2.17.1-1ubuntu0.9 | bionic-updates | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, i386, ppc64el, s390x ` so assuming you're one of those architectures, I'd `sudo apt update` & check for missing lines, errors or warnings.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
