Yes, you can configure this in virt-manager (KVM). Here's how:

  1. Open KVM (if it's not already open)
  2. Select the VM you wish to modify
  3. Choose "Add Hardware" from the lower-left corner: Virtual Manager Settings
  4. Select "USB Host Device", then choose the USB device you wish to pass-through to the VM: Add USB Host Device
  5. Save your changes

Now, when that USB device is plugged in (or removed) while the virtual machine is running, the VM will have direct access to the hardware.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
