Did you verify the ISO? (https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-how-to-verify-ubuntu#0) and then verify your write to media? Given it cannot boot on that device; I'd use another box (or two) to verify the media.. one a *somewhat* similar box & one very different; if the media boots & validates successfully on the other *two* boxes you know media is good - issue relates to the box you're trying to use itself. I find write of ISO to media most at fault (5-8% of writes seem to fail; thumb-drives are cheap media!)

Ubuntu releases are *year.month* in format; 20.02 would mean the 2020-February release but there is none. 21.01 would also mean the 2021-January release but again there is none. You've either made errors; have forgery's, or are using another non-Ubuntu system. It however doesn't matter if you got it solved (*and it also likely confirms my first comment; ie. bad ISO or write to media being the likely cause*)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
