ubuntu 20.04 patch rt-preempt doesn't detect usb

in flag

I installed ubuntu 20.04 (kernel version 5.10.65) in dual boot with Windows and I installed the patch rt-preempt. I have some issues with the detection of the USB devices. I can see them in the connected devices list (lsusb) but no /dev/tty* ports are instantiated and I can't use them. The mouse (wireless Logitech) is detected but other devices (like USB pendrive or Primax PMX-KPR1101U Keyboard or Inc Optical Mouse) are not. Is there any driver missing? Is there any problem with the power supply of the ports? Also they work on Windows.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
