Ubuntu file system is getting crash when trying to install any package

us flag

When I used to install any linux package using apt-get install command then I used to get below message-

user@GGN:~$ sudo apt-get install vim
[sudo] password for vvdn:
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

When I run suggested command sudo dpkg --configure -a then file system get crash i.e all files will be read only, after reboot boot gets stuck in initramfs and I need to run fsck command to recover.

Have you check the health of your systems' hardware? esp. RAM & disk(s) (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Smartmontools)

smartmontools can be downloaded as .deb-package from launchpad.net: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/smartmontools/7.2-1build1/+build/22254271/+files/smartmontools_7.2-1build1_amd64.deb

Note the exact time of a filesystem going read-only. Then check your logs (/var/log/syslog and journalctl) for events and errors around that time.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
