LVM issue ubuntu server not booting

us flag

A few days ago I installed a 2nd hdd on my server and added it to the LVM partitions. It worked pretty well. Today I added a 3rd hdd. Followed the exact same steps and boom "failed to find logical volume ubuntu-vg/ubuntu-lv". I did try --removemissing and the 3rd drive that had "unknown" all over disapeared and its back to 2 drives and no errors. Yet it still does not boot. Im very new to this and I fear I messed up the whole setup. Im stuck at initramfs.

Please help.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
