Ubuntu 20.04 crash whenever I open my settings

cn flag

I've installed Ubuntu 20.04 on my desktop, no problem at installation, but when I tried logging in, I was stuck in a login loop. I managed to fix the problem by launching Ubuntu in Wayland mode once. But now, whenever I'm in the 'regular' mode and I open any kind of settings, to change background, display, or just opening the settings, my session crashes.

Here are the logs for these crashes, I opened different settings to see the common point, how do I fix this?

Something important to note, is that this problem doesn't occur when I open Ubuntu in Wayland mode. But it's very laggy so unusable for me. Thank you for reading.

Could be driver issues. With Nvidia GPUs, the proprietary drivers not being installed is often the reason for various crashes. If that is the case, there should be an option to install 3rd party software during Ubuntu install that you need to turn on. You could also install the drivers manually as detailed here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1077061/how-do-i-install-nvidia-and-cuda-drivers-into-ubuntu

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
