Broken pakages input output error

in flag

I have some broken packages on my pc i want to fix but whatever command i run it just says

E: Read error - read (5: Input/output error) W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems E: The package cache file is corrupted

I tried running commands like sudo apt --fix-missing update and removing corrupted lists from /var/lib/apt/lists/ which returns:-

rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/ppa.launchpad.net_libreoffice_ppa_ubuntu_dists_bionic_main_binary-amd64_Packages': Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_bionic-security_multiverse_dep11_icons-64x64.tar.gz': Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/in.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_bionic-updates_main_dep11_icons-48x48.tar.gz': Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/in.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_bionic-backports_universe_dep11_Components-amd64.yml.gz': Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/in.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_bionic-backports_main_binary-i386_Packages': Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove '/var/lib/apt/lists/security.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_bionic-security_universe_dep11_icons-64x64.tar.gz': Read-only file system```

. No matter what command i run it gives me the same stuff :(

I run Ubuntu 18.04 with lxde de

If a file-system flips to RO (after being mounted RW), that is because problems have been detected and it's done to prevent data loss. You should be checking your logs for the reason, and also checking the health of your hardware (it can be a warning sign of dying drives, dying PSU causing hardware to malfunction etc...) https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Smartmontools

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
