Where is the content of clipboard kept? Is it a file like:

/etc/clp

or is it kept in an environment variable like:

FOO_CLIP_B

or is there an exotic in-RAM MECHanism at work?

You've not provided any specific release; Ubuntu releases are *year.month* in format; the *year* format (18, 20) are used for *snap* products only (eg. Ubuntu Core 18) which can differ as user applications on the *year* based products run in *confined* environments and can't read other applications data. For my own flavor, it's stored in `qlipper` which can be configured to *sync* to storage instantly, but it'll vary on desktop as to what's used and you weren't specific

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
