Filter photos based on embedded EXIF data

in flag

I use gthumb to manage photos. My camera includes quite a number (dozens) of metadata fields, and I'd like to be able to filter based on the content of one of those fields. Specifically, there's a field 'Multi Exposure Mode', which can take values of off or (3) (and probably others, I'm not sure).

Is it possible to filter on this value?

Alternatively, it would be helpful to have this information appear at the top of the EXIF data. As it is now, I have to scroll down several pages into the meta data to find the information, and when I advance to the next photo, the display scrolls back to the top again, so I have to do this for every photo.

I like gthumb, but if there's another program that supports this feature, I could switch.

Another question suggested two command line tools for doing similar things. I'd prefer to do this within a GUI if possible, but if not those tools might be my last resort.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
