Can't connect to Readyshare on Netgear Router

sa flag

I am unable to connect from the file manager in 20.04 running on a thumbdrive. I have 18.04 installed on another laptop and the Readyshare drive appears in the filemanager with no intervention on my part. I have searched for a solution on the internet and find lots of people with this problem but no solutions that fit my situation. Thanks for the help /John

They've disabled SMB1 for security reasons. Can you connect using the Files (Nautilus) **Other Locations/Connect to Server** and smb://192.168.x.1/path?

When I click on Other Locations the folder USB_Storage appears, when I click on USB_Storage. I get a message " Unable to access location.... Failed to mount Windows share: Software caused connection abort"

When I try connect to server with smb://192.168.0.1 it opens to the USB_Storage folder and clicking on that folder I get the same message. If I append /readyshare to the above URL I get the same error message.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
