ru flag

I just wanted to post this here in case anybody else has this issue. After updating to 5.13 my wifi adapter wasn't being recognized, so I just rolled it back to 5.11 using grub and it works again. yay! i followed this (except I had to hit ESC to get to grub): https://code.luasoftware.com/tutorials/linux/ubuntu-revert-to-previous-kernel/

Please start with your OS & release. Upgrading kernel on the same version? or consequence of *release-upgrade*? Please be specific so we're not guessing.

Please don't do it that way. [It's great if you want to answer your own question](https://meta.stackexchange.com/q/17463), but please post the question as... well... a self-standing question. _Don't put the answer as a question. Put the answer in the answer box, and the question in the question box. Such as "After upgrading my kernel to 5.13 from 5.11 my WiFi adapter wasn't recognized", and then put the answer in the answer box. But the answer should be self-standing. [A link by itself is not an answer](https://meta.stackexchange.com/q/225370).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
