Bluetooth earbuds can't pair to my laptop on Ubuntu

pk flag

I recently installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on my laptop and it was working very smoothly and I was happy up until I found out my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro couldn't connect/pair to my laptop. Every time I try to connect them via the pre-installed blueman program it tries to connect for a while and then promps me with an error message that says it cannot pair.

A few months back I had Fedora 34 installed on my laptop and that connected to my earbuds without any problems, the same goes for my phone and windows 10 & 11 on the very same laptop (dual boot). The buds are in pairing mode when connecting and they are found by blueman just fine.

Inside the same installation of Ubuntu I can connect my phone via bluetooth just fine so I don't see why my buds don't connect? It's very strange.. does anyone else know how to fix this?

Thanks

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
