xfce windows sometimes get "stuck" and I can't open them from taskbar

Although the window is a simple terminal shell with no running task, I can't open it by clicking on it, or even right click close. Is there a way to open it ? It does not happen with all windows.

I have had this a few times. Somehow the window becomes both maximised and 0x0 pixels. You press [Alt] + [space], you get the menu of that window, even if you cannot see it. You then select 'Unmaximise', do it again, and select 'Maximise'.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
