I'm using Ubuntu 20.04.3 and since few weeks, it doesn't recognize sound from external microphones. Internal mic is ok.
I've tried with headset (double jack), bluetooth headset, but nothing.
Headsets are detected by Ubuntu, listed in Sound Settings, and also in pavucontrol and alsamixer.
Headset and microphones are working on other laptops.
I've tested a lot of solutions, with no success :
