Upgraded to 21.10, lost grub

ru flag

Had Ubuntu 21.04, a box popped up offering to upgrade to 21.10, after doing this, my grub has gone and now only Ubuntu 21.10 is available. I also have parrot OS and Ubuntu Studio on my nvme sdd, which is partitioned for these other OS's, but even though I have run; 'sudo update-grub' and this was the result;

When I reboot, only Ubuntu 21.10 is available.. I have looked at many posts regarding grub, but found the wide variety of answers confusing. I am now downloading Ubuntu 21.10 so I can make a live usb of it.. Any idea what to do next?

Recreate grub from Ubuntu 21.10 : `sudo update-grub` ..... and then `sudo grub-install /dev/sda/`

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
