Can't paste or delete files in a partition after removing Windows and installing Ubuntu

us flag

Yesterday I wiped the partition where windows was installed and installed Ubuntu instead. It's working fine but only one partition that I can't paste or delete something to/from it.

I ran this command sudo fdisk -l /dev/sda and this is the output:

Terminal output

As you can see it clearly shows the type of device is Microsoft basic data but I removed the Windows yesterday and installed Ubuntu instead.

How can I be able to fix this problem?

If there is nothing special on `sda5`, then you can format it as `ext4` and use it as a proper Linux storage location

Unfortunately it has an important data and I don't have any way to back it up.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
