Problem installing mysql on Ubuntu 20.04

What happens is that when executing the command "sudo apt-get install mysql-server" it throws me the following error:

It should be noted that I already tried the following in the order in which they are:

sudo apt-get purge mysql*
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get install mysql-server

The message is saying that the core MySQL database definition files are missing. Have you run `sudo mysqld --initialize` to rebuild them? How many times has MySQL been installed/uninstalled on this system? Removing (or resetting) MySQL needs to be done in a very specific way, otherwise it cannot be cleanly reinstalled
