You've not provided any OS & release details; but picking a random release (*as I don't know yours*) I see it available; eg. `libxerces-c-dev | 3.2.3+debian-3 | impish/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x` It show's it's available in `universe` so do you have that enabled?

We only know what you tell us (eg. we still don't know your OS & release so have to assume it's supported & has the package as per my *impish* paste in prior comment). I'd suggest doing `sudo apt update` and reading the output and ensuring there are no ignored errors/warnings then. As with 'universe' enabled, updated software lists and release like *impish* (21.10) it's there as I showed in 'universe'. You could check your mirror is *up-to-date* (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors) if not using the main archive.

Please add additional details to your question; it's hard to read formatted text in a comment (which is intended for us to ask questions of you; you can reply via edits to your question when additional details are required). Why not switch to a different mirror? or the main archive?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
