We don't know what OS & release you're using; but a quick CLI search and I can see it available for most releases; so providing full details (OS, release & full messages pasted into your question) allow us to help you better.

The command `lsb_release -a` will remind you what OS & release you're using, eg. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Desktop (it won't say if you're using desktop or server; but you should know that already).

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have the current list of packages? Are there also problems when you run `sudo apt update` and `sudo apt upgrade`?

yes it's up to date

If it was up-to-date it wouldn't report as 20.04.2; the [ISO release of 20.04.3 date](https://fridge.ubuntu.com/2021/08/27/ubuntu-20-04-3-lts-released/) of 26-August-2021 shows it's not been updated since before that date (*installed systems upgrade week(s) before the ISO release with systems soon to upgrade to 20.04.4 as the ISO release date of next month approaches*). If it's *up-to-date* then it's not a Ubuntu system, but something based on Ubuntu 20.04.2 which is off-topic here as this site supports only official Ubuntu (& *flavors*)

How can i install OpenGL then?

If your system is *up-to-date* as you say it is, you're not running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS as your system isn't reporting correctly in regards *updated*. This usually occurs when using a system based on Ubuntu 20.04 (eg. *Linux Mint but there are many*) which respond like yours does as the Ubuntu values weren't changed. If Ubuntu - your system is well behind on upgrades & you should apply them, if not Ubuntu you're off-topic & asking at the wrong place anyway as your software stack differs (thus you've extra considerations; eg. Linux Mint has runtime *adjustments*, Pop OS ... etc)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
