How to change "SYSTEM" keyboard shortcuts?

sh flag

I've shipped my typing skills into DVORAK layout and everything is fine with my typing hubbies. But whenever I want to use system keyboard shortcuts (like CTRL A | CTRL C | CTRL P) I have to go back to QWERTY and it is bugging me ...

I've checked and In gnome settings under the keyboard shortcuts tab I can't find the option to alter many of the keyboard shortcuts all of us use a lot.

This is a serious issue! I have a right on what keyboard layout and what keyboard shortcuts I want to use !

How can I change system keyboard shortcuts?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
