in flag

say, I have an app called timekpra, I only want to allow to open it either through the launcher or the terminal by typing timekpra.

I did not find an example to deny access to a specific app here http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/focal/en/man8/pam_time.8.html in the man page of pam_time, could anyone help?

No. PAM, or Pluggable Authentication Modules, are `login` related. Consider a `cron` job that `chmod`s OFF the eXecute bit (and `kill`s existing processes), and another `cron` job that re-enables the eXecute bit.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
